An interview with John R. Lott, Jr. author of more guns, less crime.

An interview with John R. Lott, Jr. author of more guns, less crime.

In this article “An interview with John R. Lott, Jr. author of more guns, less crime: understanding crime and gun control laws. “ from The University of Chicago Press. This author mentions that John R. Lott, JR who agrees people have guns recommend handguns laws. That is every one have to have handguns. He suggests that if every one has handguns, people could not try to crimes because every one has guns. Also he mentions the laws make less crimes especially the crime, which is target of women. In addition he mentions some people use guns for crimes but most people use the guns for private security. Finally, he said if you disagree about his book read the book carefully.

I am interested in this article but I disagree his opinion. Every one has guns but can you use the guns suddenly?? Crimes are mostly suddenly happens so people have to practice using guns. Also, if nobody has guns that much better than every one have handguns because, guns are one of the high capable of killing tools so it might make crimes. I from Japan I had never see real guns in my hometown. No guns society reduce crime rate. This is a graph which show victims population rate of crimes from Honkawa Data Tribune. Therefore I think U.S. should make law that put using guns under a ban. United state can make smoking ban, they also can stop to use guns.
